Feasibility Study
At this stage, we bring your ideas to life with a comprehensive study and face to face presentation that includes floor plans, visual impressions, planning assessments, project timelines, and a budget breakdown. This ensures you have all the facts to make an informed decision about your project.

Full Design & Planning Service
At this stage we finalise the architectural design and manage all the necessary planning applications on your behalf. Following this, we prepare detailed working drawings together with a schedule of works.

The Build
The stage begins with a tender process from our approved local contractors, obtaining final quotations on your behalf. With your input a contractor is chosen and the building contract is finalised. During your build Home Extension Team will manage your project both onsite and behind the scenes, keeping in constant contact with you.
