Director and Senior Project Manager

David Cascarino

David joined HET in 1993 and is responsible for the smooth running of every client project, from the initial conceptual and design stages right through to completion. David has an eye for detail and is dedicated to ensuring the team maintains the highest standards of service possible. David’s qualifications include BTEC in Architecture and Design as well as being a Member of the Association of Project Managers. Married with three children and two grandchildren, David lives near Ware in Hertfordshire. His hobbies include garden design, travel, swimming and following Formula One racing.

Theresa Buckingham

Theresa is a senior architectural technologist and CIAT affiliate with over 35 years of extensive knowledge and experience at an international level. Theresa enjoys turning client visions into reality with a flair for both technical and practical solutions that are both innovative and creative. Theresa enjoys travelling, observing and capturing the Grand Designs of the world.

Michelle Dunbar

Michelle joined the HET team in 2014 and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. She thrives on a challenge and loves to help clients find unique solutions – often in ways they wouldn’t have considered or thought possible. Michelle is working on some fantastic new client projects which really demonstrate creative design at its best. Michelle runs the St Albans office.

Project Designer

Hannah Jordan

Hannah has a BA Hons degree in Interior Design from London Metropolitan University and a Certificate in Construction Management. She has worked in architecture and surveying since 2006. Hannah is a dedicated and enthusiastic designer who inspires clients to discover creative yet practical solutions to enable them to get the most out of their homes.

Hannah is married with two young children and enjoys nothing more than spending time with her family.

Planning Designer

Georgia Hayes-Maude

Georgia has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Architecture and Design from University of Hertfordshire. She won a British Institute of Interior Design award in 2016. She has a special interest in planning design and thrives in helping clients achieve their dream home. Outside of work, Georgia enjoys horse riding, travelling, and spending time with family.

Architectural Technologist

Toby Hedges

Toby is an Architectural Technologist BSc (Hons) who studied at Nottingham Trent University and produces the building regulation stage drawings for HET. He has high levels of experience with Revit and AutoCAD in addition to practical skills developed through a range of commercial and residential projects .

General Office Manager

Lauren Page-Morrin

Lauren is responsible for the smooth running of operations, from initial client enquiries to supporting the Project team. Lauren has amassed a wealth of experience in customer service and all aspects of administration throughout her career. Lauren has lived in Hitchin her whole life and likes being part of a well-established business, in the town she loves. Out of work – she enjoys spending time with her family & friends and dog. Lauren also has a keen interest in wellbeing and likes to research and develop natural products.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Keryn Harrison

Keryn is the recent addition to our Home Extension Team as an Administrator in our St Albans branch. She’s responsible for the day-to-day running and supporting of the Project Team at St Albans. Keryn has successfully run offices and has many years of experience in all aspects of office duties. She’s a good problem solver keen to learn new things and always up for a challenge. Personally, Keryn enjoys spending time with family, and loves the outdoors especially her gardening and her rescue dog who brings much joy.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Sarah Keani

Sarah plays a key role in supporting our Project Management Team, overseeing the day-to-day build administration and helping to ensure our projects run smoothly. As one of the main points of contact for our clients, she is always on hand to provide support and assist with the day-to-day running of the office.

With previous experience as a kitchen designer, Sarah brings an additional creative flair to the team and has also taken on much of our marketing, helping to showcase the quality of our work and the values of Home Extension Team. Sarah thrives in a busy environment and enjoys her varied role in the office. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature, socialising with family and friends, and making memories with her stepchildren.

PROJECT DESIGNER

Julie Wickham

Julie has a Bachelor of Architecture degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture from the University of Natal-Durban, South Africa.  Her focus is on the early stages of the design journey – accurately surveying and translating clients’ homes into detailed 3D architectural models to serve as the foundation for the HET team’s integrated design and project management process.   Outside of work Julie indulges her passion for colour, texture, and the wonders of nature through a wide variety of creative hobbies and quality time gardening and loving the family pets!
