Chris and Graham Pointon are both keen musicians, and each performs for local amateur operatic societies. Graham is also the proud owner of an enormous Penguin book collection, so two very good reasons why extra space would come in very handy indeed. Rehearsal space, yes please, and a sizeable bookcase for the orange paperbacks, this is what they needed, and HET made it happen.

Voila, a beautiful single storey side extension in Letchworth, flooded with light, overlooking the gardens, and *underlooking the sky. What more could they want. Now Graham plays whilst Chris sings, to an audience of penguins. The Pirates of Penzance has never sounded so good!
